Axios HR had a little feature in MiBiz, focused on talent management. One of the brightest spots in the conversation was featuring our President, Kellie Haines as she talked about launching our Take Your Birthday Off benefit program. I have to say as new folks start with us, it is a benefit that everyone always smiles when we talk about. Everyone can relate to and appreciate this benefit. Who doesn’t want their birthday off?!
